     Selvage cutter and temple

The straight bar temple of three line fixed type and the ring temple of 12 lines, 16 lines and 20 lines type is selectively used and iit is easy to adjust to up/down/forward/backward.

Driving System for high quality weaving

As a normal standard, motor drives the loom clutch & brake device, it always drives flywheel regardless of a loom operation. This clutch & brake device is essential for weaving high quality goods because this clutch & brake device pauses a loom operation.

Griper head and Tape              

Gripper head is designed to keep balance at a high speed flying to eliminates all problems including friction, abrasion and weft insertion error due to the vibration of flying. Tape is produced with a peculiar quality product partly different in harness flexibility, and available for flexibility up to 180°. Head and tape are flying between guide hooks attached on the before and behind of the race, and prevent the contact of head and head at the transfer point of weft and prevent the secession of tape created by the adherence of dust or warp.

Automatic Pick finding device  

In weaving textile, it is possible to prevent stop marks at the breakage of weft, warp and weave high quality products by choosing the fitting pick finding method depends on the characteristics of each textile.
By pressing  operation button,  the loom operates normally after removing the cut weft because reverse inchings of shedding, let-off device and take-up motion are achieved into the original structure before the cut weft by a independent pick finding motor according to the pick finding method which is selected at a control system
